How about, people post up mental passport pics of ourselves then someone makes a massive photo of it and stick it up for a free download or pay a couple of quid to have a hard copy delivered to yer door...

I actually thought we might do it in the pub at the meet-up before the gig, that way you'll probably actually be able to recognise who's who on it...?

yeah that's a good idea if we have time but we have to get in early doors now Eureka Machines are on. Doors are 7pm, so we'll probably get some grub in the pub.

As it's a Saturday, there shouldn't be too much rushing about like the usual work-swift half-food-swift half-gig-all-in-about-half-an-hour schedule. Should be plenty of time to sort it out before the gig.
