Its just over a week, have we decided what pub we're meeting up in yet?

I don't think a pub's been settled on yet, but I now have the day off that day, so if anyone is around for early drinkies let me know.

I'm travelling down the day before (partly for something else on Tuesday night but, after last time, mainly to ensure I make it to the pub before the gig starts ), so I'll be loitering around somewhere during the day.

There's one right next to it which is the traditional pre-gig hang-out but i've never made it inside as it's always rammed, so i don't know if it's any good.but there are quite a few pubs in the area i seem to recall and Camden's only a tubestop away too.

Hmmm, apparently I've been there twice since the (first) reformation (this century), but I can't really remember it. Is there a pub where the road forks?

I seem to remember that last time the Wildhearts played at the Forum quite a few people decided to meet at the pub on the corner opposite the railway bridge and station - I think it's called the Assembly Rooms?

The Bull & Gate? No. That map isn't very accurate - the Bull & Gate is actually almost next door to the Forum - not where it's shown on that map. The place I'm thinking of is nearer #10, but not under that name. It's a large pub right on the corner.

Saw WH at Forum a few years ago, with Amen I think. Wicked stuff. Forum is awesome - saw Biohazard supported by Dog Eat Dog there back in the day, fuckin good times.

Assembly Rooms is better than Bull & Gate I reckon cos it's bigger and more conspicuous and, so, well, that;s why. IMHO.

So I'll be there. That's the gist of it.

Right so it's the Assembly Rooms at what o'clock? I have no problem with being the first person there, but not if it's hours before anyone else turns up.
And I'm thinking of you here Ean. Have you planned your route yet?

I think that's the best pub to go to. It's on the way from the tube station to the venue - if i remember. I was also there for the gig where Amen supported. Don't remember too much of it though (hic) - I remember Floyd London was in the pub for a bit before the gig too.
I've got a feeling that this time around it's gonna be 10x better.

This is also where my friend suggested meeting tomorrow, so I'll see you all there. Apologies if I don't seem full of beans though as I'm not very well at the minute.
