SOLO TOUR, WHO'S GOIN' WHERE

Albums, singles, songs and general Ginger banter

Postby vickyp » 2nd May 09, 00:02

Got an e-mail today saying they'd sort some duplicate tickets out for box office pick up on the night, so that's sorted now.

If we get there early enough we might go for a pint in the Terrace I reckon, since it's right opposite. Don't know what it's like though - anyone got a better idea of where's good locally in York? Also I want to see that Whip Ma Whop Ma Gate street sign with my own eyes.

I literally just saw that sign!

I might head to that pub if it's near the venue. I went to the Evil Eye bar last night which was alright but it's a bit away from the venue. See you around town!

Ok, see you in York. I'll be wearing my Eureka Machines t-shirt for easy identification. Come say hi if you spot me.

i probably won't get there till about 7.30 (bit worried about the northern line now - anyone know how else to get there from euston?)

will you lot be in the venue by then?

also on the o2 acacdemy website by gingers gig and a couple of others it says academy2 - is that a smaller room?
why do i have to ignore you to get your attention?

Fear not my friend, according to the London undergound website every single line is running a good service so we might not encounter any problems, thank god.

Not a clue what time we'll be going, I'll be with Ean so i guess its whenever he turns up as he has my ticket. I'll be in the Glassworks beforehand though as I'll want feeding and while it's not great food it'll be cheapish.

Late decision, but I've gone for Winchester in the end rather than London so I can catch up with Idiot3, who I haven't seen for yonks. So may see someone Sat.

Cool I should be there about half 6. I'll be wearing the current Ginger tour shirt. I shall see people there for a beverage and then an evening of musical entertainment.
