I did wonder about that, but it's what Seetickets are listing - although on my quest to find out the capacity of the place (550 allegedly), I came across the information that for some reason, despite the size difference, promoters are confusing the Club Academy with Academy 1.

the layouts a bit weird in club academy so if you had 550 in who all wanted to be somewhere they could actually see the band it wouldn't be particularly comfortable. the tour does seem a bit odd, most places seem to be around the 1,000 - 1,500 mark then there's places like the wedge and club academy thrown in

Just had an email from ticketmaster and the Manchester date is listed on it and has it down at Club Academy. I really cant see it being there but our boys have done stranger things!!! I will wander over to the academy tomorrow and ask them for confirmation as i pick up some tickets.

Just seems very bizarre. Last time they were listed as playing 1 but got downgraded to 2 and it was rammed full. Just can't believe they are going down another level.

I never believe the listings for Manchester Academy, last 2 times I've been it's been listed as Academy 1 then turned out to be Academy 2. Like Pudu says, it was rammed. Can't see them fitting all those people into a smaller room. I'll just show up on the day and see where we get misdirected to this time.
