OK... who's going to be the first person to fight off their hangover and tell us how it went?

Combination hangover and extreme knackeredness, missed the last train and had to get the bus back to Oxford.

Don't know if you have been to the 12 Bar but it makes my shed look spacious (and clean) and has quite possibly the worst toilets I have ever encountered anywhere.

However, top night and well done to Rich for organising it, I hope it raised the money they needed. The EM's were on at about 10.00 for about 45 minutes and were great as usual despite being confined to a stage the size of a postage stamp. I managed to upset some loud mouthed South African who was bellowing at some woman all through one song - he didn't impress her or me, so when she fled to the toilets I asked him (politely I thought) to shut the fuck up, he sulked quite a bit after telling me he could do what he liked because he went there every night, twat.

I can't give you a set list I'm afraid as the main event went through in a bit of a blur, various people took lead vocals including Spider from the Pogues and Tom from the Loyalties, Chris McCormack came up too. Ginger drummed for a bit, sang quite a lot including Geordie and 29X. We got some Clash and Ramones songs and Chris Catalyst came back on a couple of times including once with a pint for Ginger. All in all (the aforesaid South African apart) it was a really good natured evening, I left around 1.00 and it was still heaving.

Worth every penny of the £3 I paid to get in.

Fantastic night all round. Guests also included Jorma Vik, Acey Slade, Rich Ragany, Simon Gonk, and of course Roger and Dave from SATS. And possibly other people who I've missed out.

All were in fine form, although some may have been slightly the worse for wear... hahaha.

Now, back to lurker mode...

Plus Tom Spencer singing The Clash's 'Safe European Home', and Spider from The Pogues doing The Damned's 'New Rose'.

And some bloke apparently called 'Ginger' got up and played/sang a lot of songs and looked like he was having the time of his life! I think some of the songs might have been called 'Georgie In Wonderland', '29 times The Rain' and 'My Baby Is A Breadfuck' or something? And he played drums on a song or two as well - and some bloke called 'Bonk' or something from PantiProduct' played drums on a lot of songs as well.

It was an absolutely fantastic night!

Trudi and me were shooting a wedding all day sunday (finished up about 9ish) and had to haul ass through the joy of london on a bank holiday weekend (rail replacement anybody - why the hell do they do that when people want to come out to play?!)

Oi lightweight you left at 8.30! Rail replacement buses are a bitch though. I stayed til after the speeches and dances and rolled up at the gig at 10.15, still time to catch a bit of Eureka Machines though.

I only had enough memory left for a few pix and Ila's are so good that I'm not feeling a desperate need to add anything right now
