Some updated Sonisphere news...
Heaven's Basement and Dear Superstar who have been mentioned on here recently (supporting Buckcherry, think one of them supported Ginger at a date on the recent tour) have been added to a new 4th stage, on the Sunday.
There's a new poster for the current line up too..while the bulk of the Bohemia stage is still in alphabetical order, it would seem to suggest the Wildhearts are actually headlining on the Saturday. But quite frankly, anything else would be an injustice.

I was jumping the gun again...Thunder have just been announced to play their final show on the Saturday, headlining Bohemia, Wildhearts beneath them. Which I guess will make some around here happy, but not me, have never been a fan. Oh well.

The boys have a little publicity about their appearence at Sonisphere in my local paper this week, came as quite a shock as I wasn't expecting any. The're on the front page of what is essentally the entainment section of the paper, half the article is about them. Can't scan it coz i don't have the equipment but the paper is the Hertfordshire Mercury if anyone is interested.

The Wildhearts

In contrast, someone must have fed the soundman after midnight and soaked him in water as the sound gremlins completely sabotage The Wildhearts set. The frustration is clearly getting to Ginger and it’s hard to not feel for him as what should have been a riotous, crowning moment, turns out to be something of a let-down.

As always, you can’t fault the boys for effort, it’s just a shame that technical hitches hamper them.
