I sense a black t-shirt with a silver lightening bolt for sale at the next tour if this is the album cover.

Man, it's been a looong time since I've posted. Hope everyone's well. Anyway, here's the info from Vinyl Junkie re: Chutzpah. Looks to have 4 bonus tracks, though unannounced as of yet as to what they'll be. Looks like that is the real cover.

this is very cool, but if it is the album cover, shouldn't it say Chutzpah somewhere?

Just thinking that maybe the track Tim Smith maybe the Wildhearts equivalent of the Replacements track Alex Chilton.

Also really like the picture next to the band photo, that would make a groovy cover to me thinks

It's growing on me very rapidly. Very retro 70s, very punk, very Bowie. I suspect that it's a statement that represents the audio contents within.

That's not an album cover, it's just the latest incarnation of the SmileyBones logo. The artwork in this thread is the only cover design.

Actually that cover is slightly better than the planned one!! Not sure if I like the black one with lightining bolt, but it's probably a grower... it's just looks too simple for me. I'd love to see the 'earth vs' logo back used on the vinyl junkie site.

The music within is what matters though.

I like it. It strikes me as being a bit cartoon-y, and reminds me of Sin City graphics with the grey gradient and then the small splash of red.
Plus it's vectors, and I luurrve vectors. I could have some fun with this one.
Only thing I don't like about it is the 'W'. Can't explain why, I just don't like that type of font.
Nice and clean and simple, would look good on really shiny glossy paper.
