Possibly it's 'Anyway' by Honeycrack ( CJ + Willie's post WH band ) , from the Armstrong and Miller programme ?

Armstrong and Miller was a bit later ('97-'01).

The Wildhearts featured briefly in a Lynda LaPlante drama called Comics in '93. I never saw it, but they could have been over the credits - seems unlikely though.

He's not getting confused with the fact that most of the cast of Absolutely appear in the video to Just In Lust is he? That ran until '93/'94. :?

If I remember rightly in Comics you saw the band play the end of a song - possibly Turning American, then they were milling around backstage in a later scene. It's been a while since I saw it.

And, with a nod to continuity, apparently they could also be heard playing live whilst sat on their arses in the dressing room. :)

You are stirring a very vague memory - did something (possibly I wanna go or around that time) appear on a jukebox in the queen vic in Eastenders?

Sky Sports used 'Top Of The World' for their credits after Bradford Bulls beat Penrith Panthers in the 2002 rugby league World Club Challenge. I annoyed everyone in the pub by singing it at the top of my lungs. Newcastle Brown does that to you.

my mate was in the LA Fitness chain of gym's one day and said they had 'Cheers' blaring away.said he got a great workout after that haha

was it 3CR or The Wildhearts that were featured on Match of the Day highlights a long time ago. I think, although I was possibly pissed at the time but did they not play 'I Wanna Go...'?
