Help! All dressed up and nowhere to go...

Postby Trudi » 9th Sep 06, 19:00

Due to a cock-up in the organisation department, myself and Jason are in need of accomodation on the night of September 30th (the night before the Great North Run). If I had been at all sensible I would have sorted something out months ago, but alas I am now finding that there are no hotel rooms to be had in Newcastle for under 140 quid, which is way over this badger's budget.

If there is any kind person within an hour's drive of Newcastle who would be willing to put us up for the night and deal with my last-minute panic about having to travel 13 miles on foot dressed in fake fur, I would be eternally grateful. I don't want to put anyone on the spot which is why I'm not asking specific people whose generosity I have taken advantage of before (but obviously if you are one of those people and don't mind putting up with us again that would be great!)

Can you mail me on trudi@madasbadgers.org if you can help...

Thanks and major wibbles,
Trudi xxx
