I agree with the comments about the promo CD with Zen Requiem and Borderline - it probably doesn't exist. If it does, it almost certainly won't have been circulated. No doubt there are test pressings with these tracks somewhere but if there are then someone's keeping a tight hold of them.
There are test pressings of everything that's ever pressed - all CDs and all vinyls - so I never include them in any discographies or price guides unless there's something unique about them to make them extra special - such as different colour vinyls or extra tracks. No doubt there's some plain black vinyl test pressings of the Vanilla Radio picture disc sat in a corner somewhere...
These would be my top post-reformation collectables, in no particular order:
Vanilla Radio / Stormy (privately pressed promo CD-R with smileybones artwork in PVC wallet)
Vanilla Radio / Stormy (privately pressed CD-R with smileybones artwork in DVD case, sold at gigs)
Vanilla Radio / Stormy (privately pressed promo DVD-R with no artwork)
Vanilla Radio (Sanctuary SANDJ-85622-2, USA 1-track promo CD with unique artwork)
Stormy (Round, 5-track promo CD-R including all b-sides)
Top Of The World (Gut, 6-track promo CD-R including all b-sides)
Top Of The World / Eager / Cheers / 6:30 / Top Of The World [video] (Punk 'N Drunk PND 2000-8, German Darkness tour CD, must have been limited to just a few hundred copies - impossible to order from anywhere, and even the label wanted £15 to order it direct from them, so I declined)
Top Of The World / 6:30 / Eager (Punk 'N Drunk PROMO 202-8, German promo CD in pic slipcase)
The Sweetest Song (Radio Edit) (Round, promo CD-R with titles inlay)
The New Flesh (X-GF Media, promo DVD)
RARAMFR (Universal, Japan promo CD-R with custom titles label)
Must Be Destroyed (Gut, two different 4-track promo CD-Rs, either play Nexus Icon / Only Love / One Love.. / Someone That Won't Let Me Go, or Someone... / Top Of The World / One Love / There's Only One Hell)
Must Be Destroyed (Universal, Japan promo cassette with unique picture/text inlay)
Riff After Riff (Gearhead RPM055, USA promo CD with unique artwork on CD, no sleeve)
Strike Back (Soundmasters/Gut, 2x blank Reference CD-Rs with titles inlays, include "Weekend 96" that was only released on vinyl)
As Universal Japan were still manufacturing promo cassettes at the time of Destroyed, it's a fair bet that there's one for RARAMFR too but I'm yet to see any evidence of this. And given how much press there's been for the Destroy All Monsters video, there must be a promo DVD of it doing the rounds - surely all those media outlets haven't just been directed to YouTube?
So there you go... my opinion, for what it's worth.
